Hi, I was not active in job search but applied long back, got a call from recruiter, cleared coding challenge. Got onsite scheduled in Seattle and I'm completely unprepared. Can I get suggestions to where I can start preparing. YOE : 1 in US, 2.5 outside US
Cracking the Coding Interview is a good book. ... Also LeetCode
L6 for 3.5 yoe?
Not sure if leetcode was mentioned before, but I recommend to use leetcode
Are you sure your recruiter said L6? Don't forget LPs, this answer could help you: https://www.rooftopslushie.com/request/Amazon-Senior-Technical-Program-Manager-Onsite-Interview-215
LPs are huge. Make a list of your best accomplishments and stories at work. How you innovated something, overcame a problem, etc. Then see if any of those stories can match up to an LP. If you don’t have a great answer, don’t BS. Use the STAR method to describe problems. You’re encouraged to have notes. Use them! Also just be someone that other people can work with, plenty of arrogant douches get dropped. And good luck. 🍀

Are you a CS PhD in a popular field? I find it hard to believe they would consider you for L6 with just 3.5 YoE
Just assume your recruiter is always lying to you. Best of luck on your L5 interview that results in a L4 downlevel. 😉
L6 with only like 3 years of work experience? Wowowow
Add me to the crowd that’s shocked @ L6 with that YOE
Recruiter is lying it’s L5
Prepare for everyone on this thread to suggest leetcode
