Yeah no bonuses or raises until I make L7. Which sucks as I understand that is a pretty big leap to make at Amazon.
For you to hit 410k at year 3, the stock price needs to be at $2275... FYI. You will likely not get any more money/stock, except maybe maxing your base at 160.
Yeah another 22% increase seems unlikely. Especially with where we are in the economic cycle. One of the recruiters told me that as part of the annual comp review, if we get to year 3 and stock price isn’t there, they’ll give me more rsu to meet the ttc. Is that correct?
That's what they tell us. Hasn't happened in awhile due to stock performance but I'm on yearly refreshers now and they've been competitive.
On levels.fyi I see L6 SDM in Seattle TTCs median is 350, but I see outliers at 400k, 447k, 480k, and 500k
I’ve exported data from levels.fyi and I don’t think 350k is median. I think that is higher end and your offer is super legit. An insider told me median is low 300s for L6 SDM.
