Need help for a very close friend who lost her Job recently.she is scheduled for a hiring event in bay area with 4 rounds-1 system design and 3 leadership rounds next week.Out of 14 leadership principles how many you are asked in an interview.In each round how many leadership principles can be expected??
Any tips please???

    Honestly don’t rehearse LP, waste of time imo, just talk normally and have the demeanor of someone that will lead.

      Yes, that's what I would do. It may so happen that interviewer would have a particular LP in mind and you just say the answer for some other conflicting LP. just read them and prepare question for each, and always use STAR method.
