Amazon L6 Senior Program Manager
Recruiting at Amazon is telling me that the L6 role has a Total Comp of 150k? It seems low based on research, especially from this site? Help, please! When I mentioned brought up that average salary for an L6 was in the 150k to 160k, and stock/bonus was on top of that I was corrected. Am I missing something?
That is incorrect, L6 TC should be between 250 to 275. Man 150k doesn’t worth the interview hassle and preparation Probably she is talking about base salary only
L6 Sr Pgm TC is in the range of 200k with 145-150 base salary. 250-275k is more for L6 Sr Product Manager.
I guess I should edit and clarify, it is a senior program manager role

I am in similar situation, I was told by recruiter almost similar figure. What did you finally get? What was your final offer and how did you achieve that?
Sr pgm role tc at Amazon is 155-195k. Recruiters typically will give you the lower figure and convince you they fought to get you more money.

My yoe is 15, the tc being discussed in the 150k range.
150k is low for an industry hire..base is 130k and on top of that you have bonus and then stock ...
