Hey Guys - I got an offer from Amazon for an L6 role as a senior product manager (technical) for Seattle location. Just wanted to check if this is a good offer from others experience? How much can I negotiate here based on standard job offers? I have 10+ industry experience in PM side. Offer: Base salary $149k 84k + 68k signing, first and second year respectively 102 RSU (4 years vesting schedule 5,15.40,40)

That offer exactly looks like what SA's get here. Of course every offer is less than dev's
First year TC ~$250k. L7 PM-T Seattle offer is generally $350k. So I would say you can push for another $50k either in cash or RSU.
Do you think there is any room in base salary. I heard they have $160K as base limit here. Or should i push for more sign on bonus.
Try sign on and bonus , usually they don't change base.

Yes , no use bargaining base , max they can go to 150 or 155 at best.
Does anyone have experience on what are other companies offering for L6 level Sr.PM-T in the Seattle market like Microsoft, Google etc? So I can use that data to negotiate here.
Offer is standard Amazon offer. Microsoft (with all the perks) comes to around $280-300k. You might be able to push Amazon to get there, and having other offers would make it easier to do so.
No way Microsoft offer at 63 goes to 280-300k. I know several folks who got an external 63 offer and it was around 230-240
I think Microsoft 64 offer is a good benchmark against Amazon L6. Right?
You can squeeze more from base and signing bonus. Base cap is 160 in Seattle. Bonus can also go up to high 80s/low 90s.
Don’t expect beyond 260 for PMT in Seattle.

No..they did not ask a question about current salary as they can not as per new law n all. I believe this is based on the seattle market standard or something..
