Amazon L6 Technical Program Manager == ? at MS?

What are the equivalent levels and anticipated base salary + B/s for this role at MS? I interviewed with MS and interviewer said it will be 64 and not to expect comps near the comps Amazon gives when hired. I thought that was odd given they compete for talent, and shrugged it off as something to discuss once we come to that point. Then, checking levels.fyi, the product manager 64 level (not even a technical role or TPM) at MS has an average salary of 170k and the TC averages are over 200k. Was the manager blowing smoke ? How accurate are the numbers on levels.fyi? What should I push for as base and TC? My avg TC 175k. 11 YOE.
