Amazon L6 program Manager is equivalent to what level in Facebook?
What does a L6 in Amazon map to in FB? Also, what comp can I expect at that level? Thanks

@Oanbroenen what would be the comp for PM? Also, I thought the levels are the same between fb and Amazon (ie 5=5, 6=6 etc).

Levels are not the same. New MBA grads join FB as L4 vs L6 for amazon. Comp likely around $225-275 all in
Thanks Oan. One last question, agree on MBA grads but I have nearly 7 year of experience in program management, do you still think it’s L4 or L5?

L4 would be 4-5 years, L5 is 6-8 years, L6 is 8-12 years
