Amazon L6 to Uber

How does Uber perceive talent/folks at Amazon? For high L6 at Amazon (prior experience as well) with 9 years total experience, what would be the right level at Uber for Product Management roles ? I tried but didn't find useful for this comparison.

For folks working at Uber or having switched from Amazon to Uber, how is your experience and culture wise is this a good time to join, ahead of IPO? Thanks.

    It’s all about individual interview performance and what you can bring to the team you’re joining. You can’t really generalize for an entire company. is fairly accurate as default values from past hiring history, but leveling can always be +/-1 depending on the interview.

      You shouldn’t worry about your title. Just worry about the work you do. If the work you are able to do and your responsibility is impactful then the title shouldn’t matter. If title is more important for you, then I don’t think uber is for you

      Actually I was not asking because title is important, I was trying to understand if these are the right "level" of roles I should target since only the title is available for me to see, and not the actual level behind the scene. Thank your chiming in.
