You should tell them your current comp to ensure you’re not out of band. At 450k, for L7, you may be.

How do you bank $450k as freelance PM? That’s quite impressive. Project based or hourly?
I got to 360k at 14 yoe but without FAANG experience.

It might be difficult to get more than $450k but nothing wrong in asking.
The max last year was around 430k (or so I was told -declined that offer). But I read somewhere else on blind that comp bands were adjusted and new max is in 500s.
