At the very least. I’ve seen L6 high end at 450. So L7 should be a decent amount more - but there are always overlaps.
@sde3 - is that empricial or assumption? Any idea what the range look like for L7 SDMs?

Bottom of band is in the 450 range. Top of band is in the 700-750 range. This is in the Bay Area (premium market). Realized comp for experienced L7s is often above band of course.

WTF are you jabbering about? We L7s are the ones who make the managers drive new grads to cry at their desks. If you are an L7 and crying at your desk, you are doing it wrong.
