Amazon L7 Senior Product Management - Tech expected Comp

Hello Folks, I am expecting to get L7 Senior Product Management - Tech offer with YOE 20 and very niche skill set in Seattle. What could be a good total comp? Thanks. P.S. I have already conveyed to recruiter, I am not interested in L6 and I was told that I will be hired as L7. Your advice is greatly appreciated!!

L7 is not senior PM. Senior PM is L6; L7 is Principal.

Principal PM offer would be L7 Senior PM offer would be L6 I would clarify because you might have had an L7 loop but could have been down leveled to L6 . Definitely best to clarify what the offer is really for because the loop will set the level of the offer.

Thanks for you comment. As I stated earlier, I have already conveyed to recruiters and my hiring manager that I am not interested in level 6.

Completely understandable, but I’m just saying you need to confirm because the recruiter maybe telling you it’s L7 but it really is L6 because the title is Senior PM. Get it in writing :) because that’s not a surprise you want to find out after the fact. Best of luck!
