Amazon Lab 126 OPM
I am been contacted by Amazon Lab 126 recruiter for a Senior OPM position. I been with Apple for 4 years and is an ICT 5. I am a senior OPM on Sustaining team. I got 25 years of industry experience. Although I am not actively looking, but since it been 4 years and my initial RSU has vested, I figure it doesn’t hurt to talk to outside world, especially when Amazon is knocking on the door. Questions: 1) what is expected income range, RSU, sign on bonus as senior OPM at Amazon Lab 126 2) how often is travel to China required? Which cities? 3) what is Amazon Lab 126 travel policy? Does Amazon fly in Business class for international travel to China? What are approved hotel? Is Hyatt on approved list? 4) what is career path like in Amazon Operation team? 5) what is culture like at Lab 126? 6) Pros, Cons? Thank you in advance.
For 2) maybe very frequently. Like once a month For 3).No.business class……but hotels in China are really good, Hyatt is in the list

I am only familiar with new product:).Amazon prefer Delta, but it is not required.you can choose based on your preference. flight more than 14hours, you got economic plus, otherwise only economic
