It doesn’t hurt you to think about experiences you’ve had that demonstrate the principles. The easier it is to draw that line the better.

Map atleast 1 or 2 scenarios in STAR format for each Leadership principles from current and past experience should do

Annotate your resume by matching the LPs to bullet points.

Practice telling a story from your experience (or 2) in the STAR format about each LP. It’s worth the time and it counts for a lot.
You do not have too. If you are a decent person and have experiences in working you can demonstrate the leadership principles. If you really feel like you need to study just try to come up with one example from your personal experience for each leadership principle.
No disrespect, but this is a careless approach to the most crucial part of the interview. OP you need to study and have multiple stories for each LP. Your odds of success significantly go down if you don't do this.
You really think so? I think it is easy to talk about the LPs on the spot if needed. I also think we place too much importance on them
