Hey all, I cleared my interviews for Sr. Manager - Product management (level 7) role at amazon. This is what they are offering: Base: 120 k euro Joining bonus, year 1: 70 k euros Joining bonus, year 2: 62 k euros Stocks: 200 k USD vesting over 4 years Is this a good offer? Where do I have room to negotiate? What’s the range for senior manager salary at amazon?
120k for manager in Europe is a good salary, and the joining bonuses sounds really good. Stocks are ok. What is the bonus scheme there? Is there a quarterly or yearly bonus (based on performance) beyond the signon bonus?
Amazon does a monthly payout iirc
Amazing offer. What's your current TC?
Luxembourg is a very expensive country, I’d look at CoL comparisons if you’re not from there.
I'm not familiar with Luxembourg but those numbers would put you in the top 1% in other developed countries. Compare CoL to get a better picture.
LOW. Very LOW.
What would the TC in AIG for similar roles?
How much did you get finally?
