Looking for 2nd year MBA's who have recently interviewed with Amazon for the PMT role. Would love to chat about your interview experience. Any pointers are greatly appreciated. I have my interview in 6 days. TC : (-50K) B school life 😬
Leadership principles. Leadership principles. Leadership principles.
Cases are easier than other companies’ because your interviewers will give you more structure (less need for you to provide it than with, say, consulting cases or Google’s product design cases). Less of an emphasis on product design than general business strategy and sense. Everything else is about how well you can tie everything to leadership principles. Technical assessment should be very straightforward if you have any background in software/tech. Source: Am second-year MBA who interned as a PMT at Amazon this summer.
@OP.. I have PM-ed you. Can you please reply?
How did your interview go? Any tips for PMT interview for MBA candidate without CS background?
The company should stop hiring those fresh MBA with no related experience as Sr PM or PMT
It's the same set of product design + analytical abilities you'll find in other PM interviews.
