Amazon RSUs
Have offer from Amazon, 120 shares at sde 2. Other numbers I don't think have much room to grow, is it worth asking for 150 or 180 rsus?

What are you thinking of doing? I haven't seen anyone offer real answers to your question. Also why don't you consider google?
Someone I know who used to work at Amazon said getting more RSUs is hard so I asked for more sign on cash. If they come back with it I'll bite otherwise not sure.
Are you interviewing with others or waiting? What's the situation on amazon deadline? Curious to learn how you're managing the timings.

Not going to take it. New equity grant was better than expected and Amazon won't make up the difference.
120 for four years? You would get around 50 shares at year 3 and 4.

Oh. Are you in bay area? That will change the equation. Depending on your exp. Sde2 range is pretty wide. Like 190k to 250k in seattle.
