palo alto i heard the wlb is not good. how terrible would it be if i join this team? do you suggest i look elsewhere? alexa ?

Redshift is f’ed up. They lost their leadership in succession within 6 months (pm lead then vp then GM). Stay away.

Any other good teams in Bay Area?
Redshift folks work 14-16 hrs per day and are always on gun point. Also, they are unable to compete with other players in their area, so it’s not a safe place to be. If the leadership quickly gets out in succession, that’s not a good sign.

I didn’t. I heard that they have had a mass exodus over the last year or so, with their VP, GM, engineering directors and PMs leaving with a span of six months. Also, looks like their technology is outdated so not much future for it.
I have a coworker from Alexa and he said there were a lot of incidents.
