Here is what the recruiter offers. Base Pay 150k First year sign on is 42k Second year bonus is 35k Stock units: 80 Relocation: 10k Location: Seattle YoE: India 2.8 US 1.8 Competing offers: None Scheduled on-site: FB next month. Should I negotiate? If so, in which area?

Seems low. Had friend got 160k base and 120k sign on. Same rsu

My L5 offer was 81k, 61k sign on. 135 rsus Had more yoe, but I m guessing that shouldn't matter Was told this was top of line
Solid offer for ~4.5year exp. If you like the team go for it. General SDE2 band Seattle 165k - 230k. Median being ~ 185-190k.
