Amazon SDE II Bay TC Eval

I'm trying to see if I should switch job to get a TC bump. YOE: 2, Backend TC: 233k (163 base, 70k stock this year) joined back in 2017 Amazon Bay Area office Am I under paid? Considering no free food! I have heard airbnb will give you 300k for mid level. Google probably around 270k Heard some of the startups can get you like 30-40x stock value if you join early and they are successful. Any "wanted to join" company list would be appreciated.
