Amazon SDE-II compensation
I have a competing offer with Microsoft SDE -II. 3 years of work experience with Masters degree. Location : Sunnyvale Team : Amazon Alexa What should be the compensation i should be targeting at? And also should I leave sfdc to join either of these companies for learning ? My aim was to get into Google or Facebook but i couldnt.

Salesforce - Base : 135K stocks - now worth 140k bonus - 10% Microsoft - location :seattle Base - 135K Stocks - 140k / 4 years and Joining - 40 k Bonus - 0 - 20%
