Leave the YOE out of the equation, quality carries more value than quantity.. It's a decent offer for SDE 1, you can try to negotiate but your TC may not get more than 10k bump

Sde1 offers are inconsequential you will get normalized at your next promo. Which as an SDE with experience aim to get that done in the first 2 years.
