Amazon SDE2 backend developer offer
Currently working for a start up having more than 6 years experience got a verbal offer. Is there any specific sub level in SDE2? What would be the compensation?

Location? The top of the SDE2 band is 230-250k TC based on the recruiter I asked. For Bay Area. I think you’re more likely to come in at 200-215k without a compete.
