Considering both companies are offering the same money but Amazon is paying more cash vs stocks. Where would I make more money over the next 4 years?

I think Amazon is safer due to being cash skewed. Thoughts?

Assuming they manage to survive 4 years at Amazon, which option is better?

People just pick Google for everything here. Does Google have bots in here or something?

Supposedly good WLB, free food, better pay and benefits than Amazon... so yeah, they don’t even need bots.

The pay is not better until year 4. I've done my research and received offers. Even then promo at Amazon should be faster than Google. WLB is definitely shit but this post is purely financial

Google has annual bonus and refreshers and a kick ass 401k match. Amazon has none of this. You would be biggest idiot to even consider amazon with an offer from google.

There is a reason why people do that. You need to accept it is a spade when so many ppl say it's a spade. Sometimes it's like that.

Yes, choose G. You'll be better off in many ways than just money.

Is the refresher granted in December? If so and I start in August, would I get the refresher in Dec 2020?

@bassprosho, I don't have faith in the stock market over the next 4 years...
