Amazon Sr. PM Comp??
I’m up for a Sr. PM role at Amazon in Seattle. What can I expect from a comp standpoint with 5yoe. I would also be relocating from Atlanta so they would also provide relo.

Yup. Might be able too negotiate up 15% if you have competing offers.

Base maxes out at $160K for Amazon Seattle

The band is very wide and depends on your credentials and interview. You can expect between 200K - 350K + relocation. 160K is base, rest in bonus/rsus. I’m an L6 PM in Seattle.

What did you finally get?
Depending on the team and your educational background (eg top 10 MBA, AI/ML background) you should expect $350K~$500K TC
