Amazon TPM Seattle on L6, which TC to expect?
Am talking to Amazon soon about TPM L6 in Seattle. I have 18+ YOE. What should I tell them as base, yearly bonus, signup cash first and second, stocks? Appreciate the feedback

TC max would be around 260k

You don't have to tell them the split, they will figure it out. Also, your pay depends on how well you perform in interviews. So it can range between 200k and 250k (meet or raise the bar) and in general they expect you to be raising the bar (50% better than the team)! Also, L6 interviews are brutal in AWS at least (bar might be lower in retail or alexa)
base is capped at $160k, sign on for 1st & 2nd year could be $40-50k. Stocks probably will be around 100 for 4 years vesting. No annual bonus. TC should be around $225-$240k. Also depends on the org you are joining.
