which team would you choose? i didnt get the numbers yet but I do prefer SF over Palo Alto, but the Amazon AWS team does sound pretty cool.
take AWS, but do realize it's toxic culture for most teams

AWS if you want to hate your life and die alone, Music if you want to fall in love, get married, get settled and enjoy every moment of your life. Life is too short to work for AWS. I have asked people from AWS this question, "Do you enjoy working here?", everyone's response was after a long pause, "I will be at least proud of what I worked on here". No one gave an affirmative yes that they enjoy working for AWS, they are just proud of the hard work they could put into it.
Aws is huge. Depends on the team.
