What is the appeal to NVIDIA?
I'm expecting an offer from Amazon for L6 Sr. Technical Product Manager. Seeking guidance on ideal compensation package that I should expect for this role. Looking for break down of base, sign on, and RSU.
Three 50
Target comp for L6 is anywhere between 160 and 200 for new hire. The RSUs are the kicker. When you start really vesting, those can 2x your comp...but you have to last that long. Most don’t make it 2 years.
Most of the L6 product managers hired in last 3-6 months (that i know) have 300 TC.
Yea 300 tc for experienced PM hires. But L6 PM is a very wide band, fresh mba grads come in as L6 as well but they only make around 200tc
Can someone kindly illuminate what the breakup is for TPM for fresh MBA grads? I am expecting an offer, and it would be great to have a sense of the figures wrt base + bonus + equity + sign on
Three fiddy
Hilarious. And original.
But seriously, can we drop the “tree fiddy” on every request for compensation.
