Just had my final round 3 Chime interviews for Amazon SDE New Grad. My thought process was correct, and I answered all behavioral questions great (principles). I feel torn because I wasn’t able to fully answer the technical questions. Ran out of time because there was a lot of dialogue between the engineers and I. Different ways we can do things, etc. it felt more like a conversation really. Feel like I failed because even though I wrote code, I didn’t write exact solutions and some stuff were missing. Do they expect fully working solutions?
Depends on the question and interviewer really. I usually expect a full solution in algorithm and data structures interview, but not really during problem solving sessions.
The first two were class design questions and they would add stuff on as we went essentially.
Depends on the interviewer in the end
Did you get the offer?
That's hilarious that you had to use Chime. Chime team probably leaned on recruiting to up the number of installs 😂
LOL honestly it wasn’t too bad. I like video interviews Just because I get to see the interviewer.
