Amazon Aws Bay area: Sde1 Base: 141k Stocks : 63 shares vesting in 4 yrs (5%,15%,40%,40%) Joining Bonus: 83k in 2 years Microsoft Azure Redmond: Level 61 Base: 137k Stocks: 100k in 4 years 25% each year Joining bonus : 30k Please help me in deciding which one will be better option and I have not negotiated till now so what can I ask. Current tc : 190k Exp : 2 yrs in US & 2 yrs in India(which I guess they never consider)

I don't think you should go to the Bay area for that amount. Do you have a family? Look up cost of housing if you do.

I got similar amazon offer but my base was 130k, I declined cuz I got sde1 and will keep interviewing for sde 2 elsewhere. Would recommend u the same. Just interview again in 6 months for sde2 with amazon
Join Microsoft azure. You great growth there as the thing is just going to be big.
When did u get the offer from Microsoft? My offer is still pending after the initial call with the recruiter and it’s almost 2.5 weeks

Ask for 150k stocks and 50k signing bonus. Don't be lowballed.
Money wise similar considering living expense. AFAIK 61 is titled as sde II
