Amazon first 90 days - SPM
Joining Amazon in a few days as L6 product manager. Appreciate any guidance on working out a plan for the first 90 days. Any feedback based on personal experiences is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ask your manager what your deliverables are for the first year and what you need to produce in the first 90 days toward the first year deliverable. Ask whether the work qualifies for L7 promo or is it L6 work

Going from L6 to L7 in one year is almost impossible. If some one has pitched it as a part of making you join, you have been conned most likely.
It might not be possible. I am more interested in working out a plan if I were to make it happen. If not one year may be 1.5 or 2 years.
If you are good at playing politics, sure within 1.5 or 2 years. Otherwise, you are thinking too much.
