Amazon go/ physical stores work culture

Got a sde2 offer from Amazon go/ physical stores. What is the work culture like ? I love my current team and line of work. Not sure if the TC jump from 160k to 220k is worth it. Also can Amazon defer the offer for say 6 months if I ask I want to complete the project I am currently working on?
