Amazon interview

I interviewed onsite with Amazon on friday. Got an email on Tuesday Morning from recruiter that she wants to talk about the onsite feedback.
When I asked if she can tell what are the interviewers leaning to do, she wont tell on email.
So what is it? ๐Ÿ˜–

Best of luck. In my experience when recruiter calls after interviews means no hire. Hope Iโ€™m wrong.

There are two possibilities. Hire or No Hire.
No way to know what it is before the call.

      Goodluck!

Donโ€™t focus too much on the outcome. Learn from the experience and keep moving forward. Youโ€™ll eventually get to where you want to be.

Yep, if recruiter wants to talk probably no hire. When I got an offer it was straight via email. But this is just conjecture, you never know until it's done.

I think they wouldnโ€™t bother to have a call if they decide to go with another candidate. Likely to discuss an offer

It can be a courteous no call as well :/

Yea...you should probably just schedule the call and find out rather than speculating.

Hope for the best. At the very least itโ€™s closure one way or the other. I am still waiting for a call/email about my on-site last Thursday the anticipation is killing me.

    What position/location?

Ok I chatted with a colleague of mine. He was offered and they scheduled a call first without dropping any hints. But like yโ€™all said, it can go either way
