Amazon interview outcome

I had my onsite last week. Interview with bar raiser dint go well. All other interviews went well. Interview with hiring manager went very well. What are my chances of getting an offer? Target level PMT L7 Current level at Lyft L6 Yoe 10 all as PM. TC $500k+

That's true. Just hoping for a miracle to get offer closer to my current TC. Role at Amazon comes with a opportunity promise to grow into Sr Mgr within 6 months.

I did 100+ interviews at amzn. If the HM, and the entire loop is inclined, except the BR, you will still get an offer. BR will understand they got a false negative. The one thing is you might get downgraded to L6 if the BR had a really negative impressive.
