Is it probable to climb the ladder at Amazon if you aren't Seattle based, assuming you are a creative and skilled associate?
Make sure the ladder is locked down before you start climbing, other than that, the ladder is the limit! BTW if you're retrieving a heavy item from top shelves, better use the hydraulic lift.
Eye. Roll.
How's the ladder at A9?
It's not a warehouse so it's more like a stairs
Does the top rung count as a step at Amazon?
Sorry OP that you’re getting such sarcastic comments. There’s no chance if you start as an associate. You need to be either a Product Manager (requiring MBA from a good school) or a software engineer who later switches to management (and may be get an MBA as well) for climbing up to L10. At L10 you can expect to earn millions per year. So, it might be worth it, to get relevant education and experience. If anyone else promise you something simply don’t trust them. Edit: you can become a SWE w/o degree if you have very high aptitude, determination and mentorship. As a SWE you can start from 120k/year and reasonably can reach 500K by later switching to other similar companies. Also can become Software Manager and climb the ladder up to L8 ($1,000,000 or more per year) in 15 years.

You can climb the ladder as long as you are in a large site (Seattle, Luxembourg, Bangalore) that have enough teams and roles to let you grow. If you are in smaller sites with fewer teams, few options to move roles and diversify your experience, and limited roles at the levels above you, then you will hit a growth ceiling.
