I spent about 2 years now at amazon . Shortly after joining , within 2 months my then manager harassed me almost everyday to either change team or quit. This lead to depression and I started seeing a psychologist. Fortunately, I was able to change the team soon and this team was good for until an year. To my misfortune, My prev manager joined as my skip level after an year and my bad time started. Within short period my direct manager who was very good until then started saying I am not up the mark etc . It was obvious that he was saying stuff just for tongue sake of it. This lead to anxiety, stress and I wanted to leave and go back to my country with an internal transfer. I got two jobs but both of them have been retracted because the other manager said I am marked as an LE recently. I am out raged and manager recently insinuated about my health condition. God knows how he knew about it. What should I do ? They are making me quit .

Documented that they made fun of your condition, even if it is just an email to yourself like Comey did with his letter. Then let HR know. Don’t forget though, HR is not there to protect you, they are there to protect the company.

agreed. have had bad skip level manager issues before with several employees reporting issues to HR. if skip level has chummy relationship with boss it doesn't matter at all unless it's an easily firable offense with proof (e.g., sexual harassment). HR is fucking useless. only option is to change teams or change companies. if you have confidence in your ability to get another job elsewhere, stop giving a fuck and spend some of your time working from home and at work looking for new jobs
