I have sde interview. Recruiter told to prepare for leadership principles. I went through the principles. Any idea what to prepare and what kind of questions do they ask about principles. Suggestions please.
And take it seriously. I didn't but they really live and breathe by them.
Understand, Except for costumer obsession, that most of them are contradictory. So you need to be able to balance your answer as not to complete be in one end of the spectrum.
I think that played a big part in me getting an offer with them some time ago. I was lucky to be able to come up with examples in the spot. I do recommend practicing given that experience
Ping me. When I interviewed, I collected and prepared a long list of questions from people who interviewed there. I couldn't make it, hope someone else can benefit from my hard work.
We need more ppl like you
Thanks Idis. It's so sweet of you to say this.

Your strengths and weaknesses in terms of LPs is almost always a question. Generally 3 of each.
I was never asked anything directly about LPs. But I did make sure I tried to exemplify them in my responses to other questions. Frankly I was a little disappointed, because I took the time to make sure I could talk about each of them.
They test a very important quality, how well you can lie with confidence
^why do you say that?
Examples where you've exhibited these before.
