Amazon manager who wasn’t a software engineer?
I have an interview with a manager for a dev position, and from Linkedin, they were not a software engineer previously. Is this normal at Amazon? Does it work out well when you’re on the team?

Yep watch out for this. Amazon gives lots of power to manager. Chances are the team will be very unhappy under this manager.
