Amazon new grad

Is Amazon decreasing the number of masters students it hires for the new grad role? Heard it happened for the summer 2018 intern recruitment.

Yes, many teams are no longer hiring L4s. I heard it from a BR when I was pitching to extend a full time job offer to my team's interns. Luckily all our interns made it but BR mentioned not many teams hiring L4s anymore.

Yes. Amazon doesn’t really consider masters students different from your standard BS grad. Even phds rarely get special treatment (in some cases it hurts them).
