Amazon no response from recruiter
Interviewed with Amazon sometime back. Recruiter called the next day saying I would be extended an offer (no numbers were quoted on the phone call) and I was one of the candidates. Its been more than two weeks since that and I am yet to receive a formal letter. Got no response from email and phone call went straight to voice mail. Anything else I should do ? I guess thats a reject. So far I didnt get a definite response via mail.
Maybe he went to vacation or something. Still weird going MIA after that positive response.
The recruiter did say my salary expectations were high. I guess somebody else said yes in the meantime. The MIA thing is weird. They could've just sent a rejection mail.

Well I dont know how I did on the interview so I cant tell how to do well. I do think reviewing the leadership principles based questions will help. Other than that its just normal coding.
You'll usually be working with 2 recruiters. Did both of them go MIA? Did you try mailing the other person?
I had multiple recuriting coordinators for each step of the process. But I only mailed one of them.
Just try mailing the other coordinator. Maybe the first person could be ooo. Good luck. :)
Agree - email the coordinators letting them know the situation. They can connect you to someone else.
Hello Did you recieve written offer at the end? I got verbal confirmation that I cleared the interview and they want to extent the offer. I asked for written email. The HR sent out email saying Congratulations etc etc. She asked me for my TC. I told her and she found it on a higher end. I reconsidered and she said she will call but no response from 2 weeks. What should I do in that case. Followed up once every week from then.
What happened?
Possible recruiter got PIPed out.
