Amazon offer
Hi guys, I interviewed team A and team B in Amazon, and they all want to pursue an offer. Can I talk with team B and tell them that after thinking through, I prefer to work with them after I verbally accept the offer from team A? Would the recruiter rescind the offer after all? Lol, you interviewed with two teams in parallel? That's against the policy.
Split loops happen all the time at Amazon when two teams want to interview at the same time. What policy are you referring to?
I think, this guy's HR was not even aware about the two loops and he applied externally to two different openings and never mentioned to HR that he is interviewing with two different teams to increase his chances of selection. Now as both are ready to offer him a position, he is scared that he will be caught. I have seen many people doing this.

Sorry for not being clear enough. The recruiter scheduled my interviews with 2 teams in one loop. And I completed the interviews, and 2 teams both want to hire me, and I chose one to move forward with an offer. Right now I'm looking for help about if I can tell my recruiter that I actually want to move forward with the other team, not the team that already provided an offer.
Thanks for clarifying. I don’t see why you couldn’t chat with your recruiter and discuss next steps. They’ll likely want to know why etc. If you’re expecting this to have an impact on your compensation, it won’t. Amazon does not compete with itself and dish out multiple offers to the same person.
Most likely no problems, but the longer you wait the harder it is. This is because reqs have been closed, interviews cxl, etc.. Also, you might get a push from the recruiter if they filled the other role since you turned it down. All a timing game.

They have invested all this time in you, as long as salary is the same they will let you join what ever team you want if that team will have you
