Hi guys, I got the following offer for SDE2/Bay Area/3yoe: - Base 175 - Bonus 97/71 (y1/y2) - 115 RSU over 4years (5/15/40/40) Estimated annual TC 275 Does that sound like a good offer from Amazon? For the same yoe I saw higher offers on levels.fyi in Seattle where col is lower; I tried to negociate with a competing offer at a startup but it didn't change things a lot (an additional 5k for year 1 -> 280). Thanks for your input!

I don't think it's low, I think it's a huge amount of money 😅 But that's not the point, I discovered Blind recently and realized I have been paid under market rate in my current job; I just want to make sure that this situation is not going to happen again
