Amazon offer eval

Got an offer from amazon, Yoe:5 Role:sde2 Offered base:155k 250k worth of stocks(dont remember over how much time) Is it good? Can it go higher? Dont have any other offers to negotiate.

There is some sign on bonus but wanted to know how the TC looks like because sign on would be just one time.

Isn’t it spilt between the first two years and then most of the RSU’s kick in the last two years? So basically 4 year vesting plan?

Year 3 and 4 are base + 40% of RSUs. Year 1-2 are padded with the sign-on.
