Amazon onsite - who's the bar raiser

Had onsite last Friday, trying to figure out who the bar raiser was. Also waiting on feedback, nothing yet from recruiter. 4 rounds 1 hr each 1. LP + design. Called over phone. Different team. 2. LP + algos. Same team, so probably not bar raiser? 3. Hiring manager. Strictly LP, ended 30mins early and we just had small talk. 4. LP + design & implementation. Different team. Had 1 guy shadow him. Shadow was from hiring team I'm guessing it's 4? Also sort of nervous that 3 ended so early. I asked and HM just said he/she got all the answers needed. True or just didn't want to waste time?

Why 1?

Because they are from a different team. The bar raiser is never on the hiring team.

Why only 4 rounds? What level were you interviewing for? Good luck.

You already did the interview. What's the point of figuring out now?

If the manager left early you did not get it. Sorry.

Sounds like a reject by HR

#4. The shadow was the bar raiser in training. The interviewer was bar raiser.

Same happened with me

Was any of them different team AND org? That’s how I spotted my bar raiser. Also he just had a vibe like he interviewed all the time and loved it
