I just joined Amazon. What is the scale for performance rating? Needs improvement < meets most < meets all < exceeds? How often is the review? When is the next one? Salary hike and additional stocks are granted as part of the review? Expectations for a L7 PM-T?
What to expect from stocks perspective? Joined in July and will likely be in Q1 review
I have heard one would get nothing for first 2 years or almost nothing unless you get a promotion or become a people manager.

Least Effective - Highly Valued - Top Tier It’s done once a year in Q1. Salary and stock may be granted to those who qualify, but it’s entirely based on your performance and your current comp relative to that level/roles range.

Almost certainly. Also there’s a chance you’ll get a new manager before then who will be doing the reviewing.
