Mine wasn't technical but the phone call was more of a skill assessment and the onsite was where the principals were brought in. Couldn't hurt to familiarize yourself with them and have a couple of examples you can incorporate.

Do some prep if you can. I would ask about LPs during a phone screen too just in case a candidate comes onsite and bombs on the behavioral questions.
