Amazon scout or other hardware roles with Amazon

Any referral, guidance to get these roles will be really helpful. Yoe: 3 in hardware. Currently working in a Electric vehicle start up in the bay area, worried of lay off because of the ongoing lay off spree my company is pursuing. Any help will be appreciated.
