Amazon target comp after 4th year?
I got an offer from Amazon for non tech role like a week ago. Looks like the stocks are pretty beefed up in years 3 and 4. Assuming no change in stock price and AVERAGE performance, what should I expect in stocks for years 5 and 6? Same target comp?

You can expect/hope your TC be no less than the target that is basically your first year total comp, which is base + sign on bonus.

Tech role, I got some stock refresh on my 3rd year, starting on my 4th year so that my TC didn’t drop.

If the stock grows, No. they go by $ value not the # of stock.
