Amazon vs Google

I am planning to join Google after working in Amazon for last 7 years. After working 7 out of 10 years of my career in Amazon I am bit anxious how Google would be. Though I know Google is one of the best place to work for an engineer but Amazon has some awesome things which I enjoyed over period of time like - 1. Total fluidity in shifting teams and project. I changed 5 teams in last 7 years (with 2 teams I left within 4 months because I didn't like the work there). How are those things in Google ? 2. Learning opportunities and access to senior engineers. For 4 years I had a principal engineer as my mentor. Even when I worked in teams with no principal engineers/senior SDE3, there were ways to access them. Also i learned lot from things like 'Friday Learning Series', 'PoA Talks' etc. How are these things in Google. 3. In all 3 teams where i spent more than 18 months (Retail, Alexa and AWS) I had feeling of huge impact I made. It was true from time I was SDE1 in retail to time I was SDE3 in AWS. How much impact opportunity does an L5 engineer has in Google against SDE3 in Amazon. 4. Finally leadership principles. One may say they are overkill, but to me principles like Ownership, Deep dive and Earn Trust are super important and them being incultated in company's culture it was one great positive with Amazon. Anyone who has worked in both the companies want to shed any light on same ? Also I would like to move back to India in couple of years, how is Google India work against Amazon India's work ?
