What's it like working at American Airlines? Is the culture pretty good? Are you or other employees happy there?
Guys I chill all day and take home $110k work culture is top here but I'm an SDE
🤬🤯
The pay sucks but the work life balance is top notch. Roll in at 9, leave at 5:30 and get to sail through the day.
Delta, SWA and JB ftw for culture- smart people, smart moves, WLB good too
I am SDE. Culture and wlb is good. Pay is not good as any other tech company.
Managers, Sr. Mgrs, Directors, MDs are out of touch. Almost impossible to travel for business unless you want to work 16+ days. death by email. Skills are outdated, unable to automate clueless, not to mention inability to make a decision or support their own employees. Conclusion? Micromanagement currently ruling, they refuse to retire, playing politics, no WLB. So if you’re into all of the aforementioned yup employees are happy 😒
American Voice Pulse - here we go again to assess whatever it is execs still not able to figure out how to run an airline.
Absolutely not. Big 3 airline culture rankings. 1- Delta 2- United . . . . . . . 3- American
I would assume no, based on my experience as an AA customer. I’ve heard Delta’s culture is pretty good though.
I’ve also heard Jetblue is cool
