I’m curious. No 401k benefits out here like back home. Not sure I plane to retire to my country since I’m so late to the six figures party in my career.
They don’t have 401k but they do have stakeholder pensions and most companies will match deposits, these are like 401ks I.e tax free. And they have ISA accounts that grow tax free. The problem is salary. The US pays more so you are probably saving less than you would in the US.
I know. Just wasn’t ready to go back to the Pit that is the USA. Also, the men are cuter over here ;)
E-Trade will be trading crypto soon.
There are no 401k benefits? Still seems like you could just manually open an account and deposit funds. There's no employer match but everything else can occur the same... No? Also, what's "late" to you? Just curious for my own comparison.
Everything else is not the same. You forgot about taxes, which is the main advantage of 401k account
